Parag Pal

Parag Pal is the Hindustani, Bollywood and Contemporary vocalist. Parag started learning Hindustani Vocal, Contemporary and Tagore songs from his early childhood. He received his Bachelor of Music degree when he was a high schooler. He has been performing on stage from his early childhood. He organized, directed and performed in many musical events in his school, university festivals and in other social events in India. 

Parag has been trained on specialized and advanced classical vocal music skills from guru Mrs. Dalia Rahut, head of the department of Indian Music and Dance at Calcutta Music School, who is a disciple of renowned classical singer Girija Devi.

Anamika Palkundu is a Hindustani vocalist and the owner of Heritage School of Performing Arts. She showed inclination towards music from her early childhood. She started her initial training under Tapati Nag who taught her first “Sa Re Ga Ma”. Anamika moved to many different places due her father’s job posting but never stopped taking music lessons and music became integral part of her life.
Anamika came to Kolkata when she was 14 years old. She then started cultivating her talent and voice under renowned musicians, singers, gurus like Dwijen Mukherjee, Maya Sen, Swagatalakhsmi Dasgupta. She was also a prominent student at Calcutta Music School, a 100 years old renowned music institute in Kolkata. She also completed her Bachelor of Music at the age of 20.
Anamika strongly believes that music learning process never ends. She has been trained on specialized and advanced classical vocal music skills from guru Mrs. Dalia Rahut, head of the department of Indian Music and Dance at Calcutta Music School, who is a disciple of renowned classical singer Girija Devi.
Anamika has performed at many concerts and prestigious festivals in India and US. She has also composed few songs which she presented in few festivals.
Anamika has been teaching Hindustani Vocal music for more than 10 years now. Many of her students have been performing in the USA and in India. She loves to see her students singing perfectly on the stage or in any friendly gathering and spreading Indian Heritage and culture abroad. 

Aarthi Krishnan is the Carnatic vocalist and Carnatic vocal music teacher at Heritage School of Performing Arts. She started her initial training in Carnatic music  at her early childhood when she was only 6 years old from Guru Sri Alappuzha Sreekumar who is currently the principal of Swathi Thirunal Music College in Thiruvananthapuram. He instilled discipline and adherence to Sruthi-Laya aspect. Aarthi was also trained under another Guru, Sri Prasanth. Her aunt Smt. Padma Narayanan has also been a guide in her musical journey. She believes that music learning never ends and currently learning advanced skills under Guru Smt Jayasree Prakash. She loves music as much as teaching kids. She has been teaching Carnatic vocal music for more than 5 years now. She has made several successful performances in the USA and in India. She is passionate about honing the vocal skills of little kids and guiding them as they place their initial steps towards the ocean of music.

Sridevi started her career in dance in Bharatanatyam at the tender age of 4 under the training from the late Guru Chellapan and Bhavani Amma of Kerala Natanam fame. Sridevi had been awarded that stature of "Kalathilakam" (Best Artistic Talent) during her school years and had also competed and won in various District and State Level competitions, gaining her the scholarship for Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy in 1985. She won the Inter University South Zone Festival in 1999-2000. Sridevi earned her diploma in Indian Classical Dance from Chidambaram School of Dance by Guru RLV Venugopal, RLV Pradeep Kumar and Beena Venugopal. In the late 90s, Sridevi perfected her learning of Kerala dance form of Mohiniyattom from Prof. Kalamandalam Leelamma. The highlight of her career was when she won the National award for Indian Classical Dance in 1999 from the Association of Indian Universities. Sridevi is well endowed in the dance forms of Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattom, Kuchipudi and Semi Classical dance. She started teaching dance in 2002 and has had students in India, Europe, and in the USA. She has also conducted, choreographed and performed in various dance concerts across the Middle East, Europe and USA. Sridevi has been training young kids in the art form of Bharatanatyam, imparting not only the skill and motivation for being a dancer but also inculcating in them the joy of performing. She also has performed in many associations here in Georgia like GAMA, TAMA, GATA, IFA, BAGA..and won many awards and recognitions.

Shailaja Akkennapally is our Bollywood and Kuchipudi Dance Teacher. She showed interest in dance from her early childhood. She started taking formal training at the age of 5 at “Sadhana Dance Academy" under the guidance of Smt. Sadhana Naidu garu. She was trained in the famous Padma Bhushan “Sri Vempati Chinna Satyam” style of Kuchipudi. Along with Kuchipudi, she was also trained in Bollywood, Folk, and Contemporary dance forms. She has given many performances and has won many accolades across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in India and Georgia, USA. She also specializes in event dance performances. She believes in promoting dance as a divine form of expression and believes that dance should be enjoyed by all ages.
